TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Alzaro Media. By hiring us or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
- “Agency” refers to Alzaro Media.
- “Client” refers to the entity or individual hiring the Agency.
- “Deliverables” refers to the final videos, thumbnails, and assets produced.
2. Services & Scope
We provide Short-Form Editing, Thumbnail Design, and Content Strategy as defined in your selected plan:
- Plan 1 (Essential): Includes 2 Rounds of Revisions. Standard Delivery (48-72h).
- Plan 2 (Growth): Includes 3 Rounds of Revisions. Priority Delivery (24-48h).
- Plan 3 (Authority): Includes 4 Rounds of Revisions. Express Delivery.
Any work requested outside the scope of your selected plan (e.g., extra revisions, longer videos) will be billed separately.
3. Revisions Policy
We want you to love your content. However, to maintain efficiency, revisions are governed by the following rules:
- What is a Revision? A revision is a modification to the existing draft (e.g., “Change the font color,” “Cut this pause,” “Change the music”).
- What is NOT a Revision? A request to edit a completely new video file or a change in direction that requires starting from scratch is considered a New Project and will be billed as such.
- Turnaround: Revision requests are typically completed within 24 hours.
4. Payments
- Invoicing: Services are billed upfront (Pre-paid) or as agreed in your specific contract.
Late Payments: Failure to pay an invoice on time may result in a pause of all production work until the balance is settled.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns 100% of the Final Video Files and Thumbnails. You are free to distribute, monetize, and modify them.
- Raw Footage: The Client retains full ownership of their original raw footage.
- Project Files: Alzaro Media retains ownership of the working project files (Premiere Pro/After Effects files) and templates. These are not included in the delivery unless explicitly purchased for an additional fee.
6. Portfolio Rights
- Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, Alzaro Media reserves the right to display the final work in our portfolio or website to demonstrate our capabilities.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Results: While we use best practices to maximize engagement, Alzaro Media does not guarantee specific view counts, subscribers, or viral results. Algorithms are unpredictable.
- Liability: We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of revenue arising from the use of our services.
