REFUND POLICY

At Alzaro Media, we pride ourselves on high-quality production. However, because our services (Editing, Strategy, Design) are labor-intensive and time-consuming, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Completed Work
Once a service has been delivered or the editing process has begun, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on “change of mind” or “creative preference” once the work is executed.
2. The "Quality Guarantee"
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will utilize the Revision Rounds included in your specific plan (Starter, Growth, or Authority) to correct the issue until it meets the project scope.
3. Cancellations
- Monthly Retainers: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing via email 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Unused Credits: If you cancel a plan with unused video credits, those credits do not roll over and are not refundable.
